Jeff Just
Co-founder/CEO

Mr. Just has founded and operated businesses for over 30 years, with multifunction experience in development, acquisitions, finance, and asset management. He was founder and President of Dianet Communications, a company that designed and built multiple, large-scale, complex Distributed Antenna System (“DAS”) projects. He negotiated multiple large financings, including a $200 million DAS network in the New York City Subway system through a subsidiary, Transit Wireless, which eventually grew to a valuation of over $1 billion. Mr. Just sold his ownership of Transit Wireless in early 2018.

Jim Spano
Co-founder/Originations

Mr. Spano is a Managing Partner of Spano Partner Holdings and a nationally recognized expert in solar development and finance. He has been instrumental in the development of over 300 MWs of solar generation primarily in the Northeast U.S. He is the founder and President of the New Jersey Solar Grid Supply Association (NJSGSA), Vice-President of the Mid-Atlantic Solar Energy Industry Association (MSEIA), on the board of the International Battery and Energy Storage Association (IBESA), a conference committee member of the Intersolar North America Conference, as well as numerous other industry positions.

Jonathan Lieberman
Board member/Advisor.

Mr. Lieberman was the Managing Director at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Mr. Lieberman served as the President, Chief Operating Officer, Director and Portfolio Manager of AG Financial Investment Trust, Inc. He served as a member of the Board of Director since until December 6, 2017 and President of AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. between 2011 until December 6, 2017. He served as Chief Investment Officer at AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. until February 13, 2017 and also served as its Portfolio Manager and Secretary. Prior to Angelo Gordan, Mr. Lieberman worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Finance/Financial Institutions Group, primarily focused on the Specialty Finance Sector. Before that, he served as a Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service and an Attorney in the New York and Los Angeles offices of the law firm Dewey Ballantine LLP.

Michelle Mackay
Board member/Advisor.

Ms. MacKay was a Senior Advisor at iStar and was the Executive Vice President, Investments/Head of Capital Markets. She came from UBS Warburg, where she was an Executive Director in commercial real estate and a senior member of the commercial real estate approval committee. She originated and closed over $1 billion of first mortgage and mezzanine real estate transactions while at UBS. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. MacKay was Vice President at Chase Bank where she established the commercial mortgage-backed securities trading desk. Prior to Chase, Ms. MacKay created and managed a $1.8 billion portfolio of real estate investments at The Hartford (HIMCO).

Peter A. Rosenthal
Advisor.

Mr. Rosenthal is Head of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage at Cantor Fitzgerald.  He has spent the last four years in ever-increasing responsibilities growing the Cantor Fitzgerald franchise both in clearing and financing.  Immediately prior, he was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Marketing & Investor Relations at Exis Capital Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Rosenthal was a Director and Head of the Corporate and Private Equity Services Group at Lazard Frères. Previously, he served as a Managing Director and Head of the Corporate Equity Services Group at Jefferies & Co., where he launched and built a leading block trading franchise which completed more than 50 transactions in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Rosenthal held similar positions at Needham & Co., UBS Warburg and PaineWebber, where he began his career. He founded CPT Select Capital, a hedge fund of funds which invests in global macro, distressed debt, equities, and real estate strategies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College in 1992. Mr. Rosenthal is actively involved with the Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute at the Mount Sinai Medical Center
